We can reserve trips by phone or email.  A one-third deposit is required to confirm space, with the balance due thirty days prior to launch date. Deposit refunds are made available when written cancellations are made at least 30 days prior to launch date.  Because you are reserving a space for which we have limited capacity, all fares will be non-refundable thirty days prior to departure.  Travel insurance is recommended.  Please ask us about options if we can help in your planning.

We recommend reservations well in advance. Our season is March through October.  During this time we run one-day trips almost every day.  We launch three to five multiple day trips per week.  We have specified launch dates for multiple day trips but with advanced notice we can usually make arrangements to accommodate your schedule.  If you have a specific date or date range that you're seeking, please give us a call.

We prefer to have at least four passengers to reserve multi-day trips.  If you have fewer than four in your group, we can place you on a trip with another group or you may seek to increase your group size.  Private charters are also available; please call for details. 
We can also customize trips to your interest.  If you have a particular interest, or would like to spend time in certain parts of the canyon or you have a favorite guide, please let us know.  With advanced notice we can also arrange guest scholars for trips, or make arrangements to combine your river trip with a land based expedition through other Bluff outfitters.  Please let us know what we can do to tailor your trip exactly to your group's interests and needs.
